My career began in mortgage lending, where I spent 20 years as a mortgage broker guiding buyers and agents from origination through closing. I later worked as an escrow and closing assistant for three years and as a financial consultant in retail banking for four years. These roles gave me extensive experience in customer service, negotiations, and sales, as well as an in-depth understanding of the lending and closing process.
